Client Ask
The Hypebae team was looking for a more custom elevated logo to take the experience a step further from the one designed last year. They also wanted a scrappy, nostalgic Y2K aesthetic similar to early 2000’s beauty and fashion web games. Creative ExecutionDesigned in collaboration with design team member, Yenna Chang. For the logo, I designed a custom logo lockup with handrawn script ornaments, along with an elegant type animation created in After Effects. There were two seperate logos: one for the loading page animation and a simplified version that was used across all assets.
